Paul is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, with his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University. He is an engineer and licensed builder with over 16 years of experience in heavy civil and residential construction. As Project Manager & Engineer for Holland Construction, Paul coordinates projects from the engineering design stage through construction. He works directly with building officials, the historical commissions and subcontractors. In addition, Paul oversees the acquisition, financing and operation of Holland Properties.
